Abracon宣布推出適用于汽車、工業(yè)、照明、計(jì)算和電池供電應(yīng)用的功率密集型電感
物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的心臟全球領(lǐng)先的頻率控制、定時(shí)、同步、RF、連接和電源組件制造商宣布推出一系列新的功率電感器,旨在滿足汽車、工業(yè)、照明、電機(jī)控制、服務(wù)器、計(jì)算、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、無人機(jī)、機(jī)器人和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)(IoT)等一系列高級(jí)應(yīng)用的功率傳輸要求。

ASPIAIG-Fx、ASPIAIG-Sx、ASPIAIG-Qx均為汽車級(jí)電感,適用于大電流應(yīng)用,如LED照明、前照燈、電機(jī)控制、太陽能、微型逆變器、電動(dòng)工具、電機(jī)控制、工業(yè)機(jī)器人和額定電流高達(dá)55A、飽和電流為118A的電源應(yīng)用。汽車級(jí)電感支持AEC-Q200 0級(jí)或1級(jí)(-55°C至155°C或-40°C至+125°C)、PPAP級(jí)和TS-16949合格制造。進(jìn)口晶振ASPIAIG-Qx系列滿足-55°C至155°C的最寬溫度范圍。ASPIAIG-F1040和ASPIAIG-F1265滿足-55°C至125°C的溫度范圍。ASPIAIG-FLR4020、ASPIAIG-F5020、ASPIAIG-F5030、ASPIAIG-F6030、ASPIAIG-F6050、ASPIAIG-F7020、ASPIAIG-F7030和aspi

Abracon, LLC (Abracon), The Heartbeat of the IoT® a leading global manufacturer of frequency control, timing, synchronization, RF, connectivity and power components announces a new series of power inductors designed to meet the power delivery requirements of a range of advanced applications including automotive, industrial, lighting, motor control, servers, computing, networking, drones, robotics and the Internet of Things (IoT).
“New applications from a few Amperes to tens of Amperes demand smaller footprints resulting in higher power density and more self-heating than ever before,” says Juan Conchas, Director of Marketing with Abracon. “In high power applications the inductor inevitably self-heats. This wave of new inductors enables higher power delivery in smaller footprints while tolerating more heat.”
The ASPIAIG-Fx, ASPIAIG-Sx, ASPIAIG-Qx are automotive grade inductors suitable for high current applications such as LED lighting, headlamp, motor control, solar, micro-inverter, power tools, motor control, industrial robotics and power supply applications rated up to 55A with 118A saturation current. The automotive grade inductors support AEC-Q200 grade 0 or 1 (-55°C to 155°C or -40°C to +125°C), PPAP level 3 and TS-16949 qualified manufacturing. The ASPIAIG-Qx series meets the widest temperature range of -55°C to 155°C. The ASPIAIG-F1040 and ASPIAIG-F1265 meet -55°C to 125°C. The ASPIAIG-FLR4020, ASPIAIG-F5020, ASPIAIG-F5030, ASPIAIG-F6030, ASPIAIG-F6050, ASPIAIG-F7020, ASPIAIG-F7030 and ASPIAIG-S4035 series meets -40°C to 125°C.
The ASMPL multilayer chip inductors rated up to 3.1A with 0.47µH inductance offer a small 1.6x0.8mm footprint and low 0.5mm profile for portable, wearable and IoT applications. This series ranges in value from 0.47µH to 4.7µH with current rating from 3.1A to 0.95A. The ASMPM multilayer chip inductors with range in value from 0.22µH to 2.2µH in a 2.0x1.25mm footprint supporting up to 1.2A current rating. The ASMPM-0806 series tolerates substantial self-heating in a small 2.0x1.6mm footprint supporting operation from -40°C to 125°C.
